For me, travel has never been just about visiting new places—it's about creating unforgettable memories, strengthening relationships, and experiencing the incredible beauty of God's creation. That passion has been fueled by more than 30 years of cruising, countless vacations, and a lifelong love of exploring the world. Every destination has taught me something new, and I enjoy sharing that knowledge to help others experience the same excitement and confidence when they travel.

After retiring from a rewarding 15-year career as a firefighter, I found myself looking for a new way to continue serving others. What began as a retirement project quickly grew into something much more. Premium Travel Group wasn't created simply to book vacations—it was built on a passion for helping people experience life through travel while providing the kind of personal service that's becoming harder to find.

Service has always been a central part of my life. In addition to my years in the fire service, I proudly served as a Scout Leader for eight years, helping young people develop confidence, leadership skills, and a love for adventure. Those experiences reinforced values that continue to guide me today: integrity, preparation, dependability, and putting others first.

My faith is also an important part of who I am. As a devout Christian, I believe every interaction is an opportunity to serve others with honesty, compassion, and excellence. Those values shape how I conduct business and inspired the creation of our Cruising with Christ ministry, where we help travelers experience meaningful faith-based journeys through cruises, tours, and pilgrimages.

Today, Premium Travel Group has become far more than I ever imagined. What started as a retirement dream has grown into a thriving family-owned and operated travel agency, where I have the privilege of working alongside my wife, Tammy, and our daughter, Megan. Together, we believe vacation planning should be exciting—not stressful—and we're committed to providing personalized service, expert guidance, and support before, during, and after every trip.

As Co-Owner of Premium Travel Group, I'm passionate about helping every traveler enjoy a vacation that's thoughtfully planned, relaxing, and filled with unforgettable moments.

As someone who is hard of hearing, I've gained a unique perspective on travel and the importance of accessible communication. I understand firsthand that the little details can make a big difference, from choosing the right cruise line to making sure travelers know what accommodations and communication resources may be available. My goal is to help every client feel comfortable, confident, and excited from the moment they begin planning until the day they return home.

One of my greatest passions is serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community through our Silent Seas Travel division. I love developing and hosting welcoming group vacations where travelers can relax, connect with others, and simply enjoy the journey without worrying about the details. Whether you're joining one of our hosted vacations or planning a private getaway, I enjoy helping create experiences where every traveler feels welcomed, understood, and supported.

Serving others has always been at the heart of who I am. Over the years, I've proudly volunteered with our local Fire Department Auxiliary and spent many years supporting youth and families through Scouting alongside my family. Those experiences reinforced my belief that kindness, service, and compassion can make a lasting difference in the lives of others—a philosophy I bring into every relationship with our clients.

My passion for serving others extends beyond travel. Our family proudly supports the CDH Foundation, an organization that holds a very special place in our hearts following the loss of our beloved grandson, Drew. That experience has reminded me just how precious time together truly is and why creating meaningful memories with family and friends is one of life's greatest gifts.

When I'm not helping travelers plan their next adventure, you'll probably find me enjoying NASCAR. I love being part of the excitement at both Team Penske and Charlotte Motor Speedway, combining my passion for racing with my love of meeting new people and being part of unforgettable experiences. Whether it's race day or vacation day, I simply enjoy seeing people smile.

Working alongside my husband, Joe, and our daughter, Megan, makes Premium Travel Group truly a family business. For me, helping people has always been more than a career—it's a calling. Whether I'm teaching children in the classroom or helping families plan the vacation of a lifetime, my greatest joy comes from serving others and creating experiences that bring people together.

As one of the next generation of Premium Travel Group, I'm proud to work alongside my parents, Joe and Tammy, in our family-owned travel agency. Growing up around travel and seeing firsthand the joy it brings to families inspired me to become part of the business. Today, I enjoy helping clients navigate the vacation planning process, answering questions, and making sure every detail is carefully considered so they can focus on making memories.

Outside of the travel industry, I serve full-time as a teacher at our church's Christian school, where I have the privilege of working with children every day. Teaching has strengthened my patience, organization, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. It has also reinforced something I deeply believe—that every person deserves to feel valued, heard, and cared for. Those same values guide how I serve our travel clients.

As someone who genuinely loves helping others, I'm often described as a "people pleaser," and I proudly embrace that description. I believe exceptional customer service begins with listening. Every traveler is different, every vacation is unique, and I enjoy taking the time to understand what's most important to each family before recommending the perfect destination or cruise.

My Christian faith is at the center of everything I do. As a devoted follower of Christ, I strive to treat every client with kindness, honesty, and compassion while serving with excellence. Whether I'm helping plan a romantic honeymoon, a magical family vacation, a relaxing cruise, or a special celebration, my goal is always the same—to make the experience joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable.

Family is one of my greatest blessings. I'm happily married, and I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends. Around our family, I'm affectionately known as the "Crazy Aunt," a title I wear with pride! Whether we're making crafts, playing games, going on adventures, or simply making each other laugh, I cherish every opportunity to create memories with the children in my life. That same love for family is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping other families create vacations they'll remember forever.
