Does our church need a large group to travel together?
Not at all. Whether your group includes a small Bible study, ministry team, or an entire congregation, we’ll help you explore travel options that fit your group’s size, budget, and objectives.
Can everyone make their own payments?
Yes. Through our secure traveler management platform, TERN, each traveler or family can make individual payments while remaining part of the group reservation. Premium Travel Group can also set up interest-free installment payment plans through TERN (before final payment deadlines), making it easier for everyone to budget for the trip.
Can you customize an itinerary for our church?
Yes. Whether your church is planning a Biblical pilgrimage, Christian cruise, retreat, or mission trip, we’ll work with you to create an itinerary that reflects your ministry’s goals, schedule, and budget.
How far in advance should we begin planning?
For the best pricing, availability, and group benefits, we recommend beginning the planning process 9 to 18 months before your desired departure date. Starting early also gives your congregation more time to plan and budget.
